An Updated Digital Banking Experience is Coming

On Wednesday, October 28, 2026, we will be launching a new Online and Mobile Banking platform.

Customers are encouraged to check this page regularly for any updates related to the upgrade.

What to Know and How to Prepare

Your username and password will not be changing, and you will continue to access your accounts by visiting our website or through our updated Mobile Banking app.

To ensure the transition is as smooth as possible, we ask all customers to do the following before Thursday, October 22:

Confirm your username and password

While your username and password will not change, you will be required to enter each manually as a prefill. Face ID® and fingerprint login options are not available the first time you log in.

Even if you log in regularly, take a moment before October 23 to make sure you know your username and password.

  • Forgot your username? Stop by the office for assistance.
  • Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password?” link at login.

Check your contact information

The first time you log in after the upgrade, you will be asked to verify your identity with a one-time passcode, which will be sent by text, phone call, or email using the contact information on file. To review and update or confirm your contact information is up to date before October 23, log in to Online Banking and click “Profile.”

Bill payments and internal transfers

All bill payments and transfers between Walpole Co-operative Bank scheduled for October 26 and 27 will be processed as normal, but no changes may be made during the upgrade window. Take this time to confirm that all bill payments and transfers scheduled are correct.

Alerts

Account alerts will need to be reestablished in the new system. We recommend taking screenshots of your current alerts to document for your reference.

ACH and wire transfers (business customers)

ACH or wire transfers scheduled from October 22 to 30 will not be completed. Please log in before October 22 to reschedule impacted transfers to ensure delivery. We also ask customers to temporarily pause all scheduled transfers before October 22. You may reactivate after the system upgrade.

While we anticipate all scheduled transfers, history and templates will be available in the system, we encourage customers to download copies for their files as a backup.
