Walpole Co-operative Bank business customers using Quicken and QuickBook were recently sent an email regarding an upcoming update to our current software. In preparation for the update, and to ensure your business can continue to use the software, users are requested to complete transition tasks by the following action dates:
- 1st Action Date — July 28, 2025. Users should complete a data file backup and a final transaction download by this date. Please ensure that you complete the final download before this date, as transaction history may not be available after the upgrade.
- 2nd Action Date — July 29, 2025. Users should complete the conversion instructions on this date. This includes the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBook accounts set up with the new connection.

During the transition, customers may face an interruption to the following services for up to 3-5 days:
