Important Information About Banking at Walpole Co-operative Bank 

February 7 – 9, 2020

Dear Valued Customer,

At Walpole Co-operative Bank, we’re committed to making your banking as convenient and up to date as possible. As part of this process, we’ll be performing system maintenance during the weekend of February 7 – 9.

While we make the necessary updates, access to our branch and online and mobile banking services will be unavailable as follows: 

  • The branch will be closed all day on Saturday, February 8, and will re-open on Monday, February 10 at 8:30 a.m.
  • Personal Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Payment will be unavailable from Friday, February 7 at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, February 10 at 9:00 a.m. Be assured that all automatic transfers and payments scheduled prior to February 7 will be processed.
  • Business Online Banking and related services will be unavailable from Friday, February 7 at 3:00 p.m. through Monday, February 10 at 9:00 a.m. Again, any transfers and bill payments scheduled prior to February 7 will continue to be sent.

During the weekend, you can continue to get cash, however, you will be unable to check balances or transfer funds, make deposits, or complete other transactions using the ATMs at our office. You may also continue to use your Walpole Co-operative Bank debit card without interruption.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNTS
When the system maintenance is complete and you log on to Online or
Mobile Banking on Monday, February 10, you will be prompted to
re-establish your challenge questions.


As part of the system maintenance, we will also be upgrading our
statements with a new look and feel.

Important information from Quicken®, Quickbooks® and Mint® Users
