Important Information About Mobile Banking

It has come to our attention that the upcoming Apple iOS 14.5 operating system may not be compatible with our Mobile Banking app. If after updating your device to the new iOS 14.5, you have issues accessing your account with our app, you can login using our mobile-friendly website by visiting where you can do everything but make a Mobile check deposit.
We are working closely with our app provider to ensure that our mobile app is updated to be compatible with the new operating system as soon as possible. We will notify you when the update is complete.

Apple has not announced a date for the upgrade, but has said it will arrive around the end of March, 2021.

What happens if I already updated my iPhone to iOS 14.5?
Your app may be working correctly. If it isn’t, you can continue to access your accounts using your mobile device through the website. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use mobile check deposit with this method.

I do not have an iPhone or iPad. Does this affect me?
No. This only affects Apple devices.
